I will partner with you to help you better understand your nervous system. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques I have learned through various training and certifications, we will work together to gain victory over your old patterns. Dealing with the effects of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, loss, break-ups, and divorce can be challenging to walk through alone. I am here to walk alongside your challenges and provide support for you every step of the way.
Together, with your expertise on what it’s like to be you and live in the experience you are living in, coupled with my skills as a trained somatic-based therapist, we will develop a plan unique to you to help you gain insight, empower you, and find solutions.

I will partner with you as you are seeking to understand your life circumstances. Together, we will develop a plan to better help you manage life’s anxieties, struggles, and transitions. I believe you know how to heal and have the ability within you to overcome the most difficult of situations. I provide modalities such as EMDR, dialectical behavioral and cognitive therapies to help you unlock the person you are meant to be and live the life you were meant to live.
